About
Senior Content Designer at Meta
At Meta, I lead content design across Trust & Safety and Connections on Horizon, where I've shaped product strategy, co-developed education frameworks that drove double-digit lifts in retention and first-world visits, and simplified complex legal and integrity flows ahead of critical platform milestones.
Beyond product work, I build things that help other content designers do better work — I built our org's first experimentation program (leading 35 CDs and running cross-functional workshops), created one of the first domain-specific AI agents for content design (used by 58 CDs in its first month, returning an estimated 138–250+ hours of productivity), led AI adoption workshops in VS Code, and run Content Design Flash, where I host live discussions connecting CDs across the org.
Previously, I was UX Writer at Digbi Health, translating complex microbiome science into clear member experiences. Before that, I was a UX Writer at 8x8, working on enterprise communication products.
Before content design, I spent seven years teaching writing and communication—designing courses, developing curriculum, and helping people translate complex ideas into clear language. That foundation shapes how I approach content systems today.
I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Virginia Commonwealth University. That background in narrative and voice continues to inform how I approach content systems—every interface tells a story, and my job is to make sure it's one users want to be part of.
